How to raise children healthy. How to raise a child healthy and happy. Q: Childhood infectious diseases leave a mark

Did you know that almost 15% of heifers do not survive to the first lactation, a third - to the second? The reason for this is often diseases of newborn calves. David Reid, a specialist in dairy farming from the USA, spoke at the V Zoetis International Congress about how to improve the health of replacement young stock at minimal cost.

For dairy producers, raising healthy young animals is associated with achieving specific goals:

— daily weight gain from 650 to 950 g;

- weight 570 kilograms or more at the age of 20-24 months (we are talking about the Holstein breed);

- maximizing milk production during the first lactation and achieving earlier lactation.

Heifers that calve at 32 months spend on average only 18% of their lives producing milk, compared to 48% for animals that calve at 22 months.

Achieving these goals will not be difficult if calves grow up healthy. By taking care of their health, you are preparing the next generation of your dairy herd in advance.

The first six weeks after birth are the most important in the life of heifers. They affect their productivity in the next two years. There are various known systems for feeding young animals during the neonatal period. Some are expensive, others are more labor intensive, but the system you choose should be compatible with your farm conditions and staff.

Colostrum

The key to a good start is proper colostrum management.

Getting the right amount of colostrum has its benefits:

— reduction in treatment costs and mortality;

— increasing growth rates and feeding efficiency;

— reducing the age at first calving (target — 20−24 months);

- increase in milk production during the first and second lactation.

The quality of colostrum is just as important as its quantity. First of all, it depends on the health of calving cows. A healthy animal is capable of reproduction, transitions seamlessly from dry to lactation, and will have minimal metabolic disturbances associated with calving. A clean udder and teats, time of milking after calving, cleanliness of utensils and equipment for storing and drinking colostrum also affect its quality.

The first feeding is the start for the further development of the heifer as a future cow. It is known that during the first few hours of life, the calf's digestive system is capable of absorbing a huge number of molecules. This means that bacteria can enter the body along with immunoglobulins. Contaminated colostrum at the first feeding poses a threat to the calf, because its body does not distinguish between bacteria and immunoglobulins. If during the first few davanoks it received contaminated milk, then you will encounter problems with its health. The goal is to feed pure colostrum as quickly as possible. Already 10−14 hours after birth, the level of absorption decreases significantly (graph 1).

Schedule 1.

Exist various ways drinking colostrum. In most cases, the calf consumes it on its own. Otherwise, aids are used to feed the proper amount.

Regarding the amount of colostrum, according to an American expert, you should drink 4 liters in the first 6 hours of life. And the more the better, depending on the size of the calf.

Graph 2 shows how the amount of colostrum affects the level of performance in the first and subsequent lactations.

Schedule 2.

Source: Faber et al., 2005.

It is important to check that workers are feeding the correct amount of colostrum. They do this by taking blood samples from calves after drinking from 24 hours to 7 days after birth. Typically a refractometer is used. With successful transfer of passive immunity, the protein content is >5.5 g/dl, the average value is considered to be 5.0−5.5 g/l. In terms of overall farm performance, it is considered that a calf feeding program is effective when >90% of calves have a blood protein concentration of >5.0 (Tyler, 2003) or >85% ->5.5 g/ dl (McGuirk, 2004). On many American farms, the name of the employee present at the cow's calving is recorded and the amount of colostrum fed is recorded. A blood test helps determine whether the worker did his job correctly. This way you can track the morbidity and mortality rates for each worker. Through accounting, positive change can be motivated on the farm.

The quality of colostrum can be improved by vaccinating cows. Pneumonia is one of the most common diseases in calves from birth to 5 months of age. Often farmers only vaccinate calves against this disease. However, if there is even minimal pneumonia problems in the herd, the entire herd should be vaccinated. It is important, together with a veterinarian, to develop a vaccination program depending on the morbidity situation in the livestock. It will be different for different farms.

Respiratory infections lead to a decrease in the daily weight gain of calves, significantly reduce their chances of transitioning to a dairy herd, and also increase the likelihood of calving after the age of 25 months. Studies by Canadian and American scientists have shown a significant decrease in milk production during the first two lactations in animals that suffered a clinical form of the disease at an early age.

Prevention of diseases in calves begins with the cow. Please note the following points:

— cleanliness of drinking bowls for calving and new-calving cows;

— there is enough space at the feeding table for all cows;

— enough space in stalls for animals before and after calving.

Typically, when a cow drinks water, it rinses its mouth and thus contaminates the drinking bowl. That's why The best way reduce the number of metabolic diseases during growth - wash the drinking bowls and change the water daily before and after growth. And be sure to write this down in the protocols for employees.

Milk feeding

Under natural conditions, when a cow feeds a calf, it consumes 16−24% of its weight in milk per day (that is, 7−10 liters with a weight of 45 kg) in 6−8 approaches. On most farms, calves are given 4 liters of water twice a day. However, among producers there are those who prefer an enhanced drinking system. According to David Reid, it is biologically appropriate, and the goal should be to ensure that the calf consumes 8 or more liters of milk per day. The specialist is convinced that it is worth adding another portion. It is not necessary to maintain equal periods of time between them.

Research at the University of British Columbia has shown that dairy calves are able to consume more milk than they are normally fed. During the experiment, animals given milk ad libitum consumed an average of 8.8 kg per day, compared to 4.7 kg in the traditional diet (see Graph 3).

After 24-26 days, the amount of milk consumed decreases, which is associated with an increase in dry matter consumption. In both cases, at the end of the feeding period, a reduction in the amount of milk and weaning of the calves is provided. With the enhanced feeding system, calves drank an average of 316 kg of milk before weaning, compared to 176 kg with the traditional one. Calves that drank more milk consumed less starter feed and hay. This trend was not observed after weaning. The animals were healthy and gained weight better.

Schedule 3.

There have also been many studies examining the effects of enhanced early feeding on performance (see Table 1). The results indicate its increase.

What is the best way to drink - from a bottle or from a bucket? The calf takes longer to drink from the bottle, which is a natural behavior. Sippy cups with nipples increase digestive enzyme levels and saliva production. But this does not mean that you cannot feed from buckets. Most large American dairy farms use the second feeding method. The biggest problem in these farms is that the buckets are not washed thoroughly and often enough. During each bucket feeding, calves drink milk for an average of 44 seconds and lick the container for 6 minutes.

Among the rules that David Reid advises to adhere to: problematic milk must be pasteurized; It is better to give a substitute or problematic pasteurized milk to older calves, and to feed small calves only high-quality whole milk in the first two weeks of life.

Many farmers think that pasteurized milk is safe to feed. However, pasteurization does not stop the growth of bacteria. If treated milk is not drunk on time, bacteria can again multiply in it. The cleanliness of storage containers and pasteurization equipment is an important factor in the quality of processed milk.

Table 2 shows the goals of milk pasteurization in terms of bacteria levels. If, for example, there is an increased level of streptococci in milk, then the problem is in its refrigeration or storage.

Feeding hay

It should be remembered that the main task of the dairy period is to drink a sufficient amount of milk and feed a certain amount of starter feed for good rumen development. Therefore, the question is also which starter to give. It should not contain dust or too much crushed grain. The grain should be large and tight. In the US, molasses is often added to the starter.

David Reid advises starting to feed hay in small quantities two weeks after birth - 2 kg per 23 kg starter, no more than 10% of the diet. This amount of hay is sufficient to stimulate rumen development. More roughage will lead to a decrease in starter intake, and therefore to a decrease in growth.

Water

In winter, there is a problem with providing calves with water. If there is no heating, it freezes and needs to be changed more often during the day. On many farms, warm water is poured into the calves after feeding them milk. This is the right tactic. Some people are afraid that if the calf drinks a lot of water immediately after milk, it will have a bad effect on digestion. Remember: calf milk consumes a lot of protein, and to digest protein you need water.

Bedding and ventilation

When it comes to housing conditions for calves, they need warmth and dryness. Proper bedding is one of the main conditions for calf comfort. How to evaluate its degree? Typically a 3-point scale is used. When the calf lies down and the legs are fully visible, the comfort score is equal to one (photo 1). When an animal buries itself in the litter and its legs are not visible, this is assessed with the highest score of 3 (photo 2). The calf is warm and does not use too much of its own energy to keep warm. When it's very cold, some people cover the calves with blankets or wear special vests.

Good ventilation, forced or natural, is a must (photo 3−4).

In general, it doesn't matter where you raise your calves. It is important how you feed and water them. And make sure the litter is dry.

Consultation “How to raise a healthy child?”

You want raise healthy, a physically strong child? Then you need to learn how to develop the baby’s physical skills and abilities, monitor how mobile and active the child is. For children three to four years old, it is important that they have correct posture. Their need for active movements was satisfied, so that they could participate in moving games and orient themselves in space. It’s good if you do morning exercises with your baby, doing exercises with him that help him develop correct posture and strengthen his feet.

Encourage your child's ability to straighten his back, for example, ask him to reach for an object, touch a mark on a doorframe or door with his head, turn his shoulders, lift his chin and keep his head straight.

A child of the fourth year of life should be able to run in place or, moving forward, jump 10-15 times. You can do exercises that imitate the actions of animals, fairy tale characters: "Stomp like an elephant""Stretch like a cat", "Tiptoe like a bunny".

Observe how much effort the child spends on performing this or that exercise, how he performs it, and whether he wants to continue. It’s very good if you do a series of exercises with your child.

To grow healthy, active, the baby needs to move enough, fill the need for movement, and bear a certain physical load. In this case, one should take into account the child’s age capabilities and the degree of development of certain physical skills. During a walk, be sure to allow your child to participate in outdoor games with other children or organize active play yourself. Children of the fourth year of life are very interested in games with the so-called answer. role, that is, games where one participant performs an action against others, e.g. "driving", "Baba Yaga" etc.

Children of this age are already good at manipulating a ball, jumping, running, and riding a three- or four-wheeled bicycle, so they need to start from performing familiar movements. From the physical state health children depend on their adaptation to the world around them. Using simple exercises aimed at developing general motor skills as an example, you can teach your child to listen and remember tasks, and then complete them.

Remember that all exercises must first be shown to the child, then it is advisable to do them with him and only after that ask him to do them on his own.

Developing precision in performing movements will not only make the baby dexterous, but will also help him orient himself in space and improve coordination of movements in general.

Execute simple commands and requests:

Come to the table (to the window, to the door, to the wall).

Walk from the window to the table.

Crawl under the table.

Walk around the chair.

Jump around like a sparrow.

Sink like a hedgehog.

Click like a horse.

No matter how trivial it may sound, children are the most valuable thing parents have. Their health, well-being, and mood are what loving parents care about from the moment their children are born. From the planning stage of the baby until he comes of age, parents try to create the most comfortable conditions for the harmonious development of the future child. They dream of raising him successful and healthy. What a healthy child should be like and how to raise a healthy child is the topic of our material today.

Healthy child: what does it mean?

In the concept of “health” of a child, we include the physical aspect and psychological state of the child, as well as his emotional state. A healthy child develops harmoniously, his body copes with harmful environmental factors and resists diseases.

A healthy child is cheerful, active, eats well, plays with pleasure, is friendly and does not cause parents any trouble. When he is not hungry and nothing hurts, he looks and behaves like an absolutely healthy, happy baby.

A child’s health is influenced by genetics, social and environmental environment, hygiene and many other factors. But basically, the child’s health depends on his parents and their joint efforts.

They are the ones who must take on the responsibility of raising a healthy child and a successful personality. The final result will depend on them. The main role is given to the baby’s mother, but the father is also very important for the harmonious growth and development of the child.

Height, weight, development of a child in accordance with age are also important indicators of health, as well as basic physical qualities, character traits, skills and habits, which are formed gradually, from month to month and from year to year.

The formation of a child’s personality needs to be done from early childhood.

In order for a child to develop quickly and grow healthy, you need to follow many rules, we will name only the main ones. Perhaps they are familiar to you.

If you want to raise a healthy child, you will have to:

  • monitor the child’s daily routine from birth;
  • organize daily physical activity, active walks, sports;
  • provide adequate nutrition;
  • harden the baby, dress for the weather;
  • create comfortable conditions for sleep and rest;
  • teach a healthy lifestyle and daily hygiene;
  • create a favorable, friendly family atmosphere;
  • develop cognitive and communication abilities;
  • communicate a lot;
  • teach everything not in words, but by example;
  • avoid physical punishment;
  • love a child unconditionally, and not for his successes and merits.

Raising a healthy child: sports and physical activity

Few pediatricians or psychologists would recommend professional sports to a child as an effective means of physical development. But physical activity, gymnastics, active walks and outdoor games must be present in the daily routine of a child of any age without fail. If a child goes to kindergarten, educators will take care of his motor activity, but for children under kindergarten age and those who for some reason do not attend child care institutions, parents must take care and provide:

  1. Morning exercises;
  2. Daily physical activity;
  3. Active games and walks in the fresh air;
  4. Hardening;

If a child under three years old has enough active games and walks in the fresh air at any time of the year, then older children can already attend various sports sections:

  • swimming;
  • gymnastics;
  • football;
  • volleyball.

They benefit from cycling, trampolining, morning or evening jogging.

All these activities will bring great benefits and a lot of pleasure to the child, especially if there are a loving and caring father and mother nearby.

To ensure that your child grows up healthy, energetic and active, do morning exercises with your baby and teach the simplest physical exercises. The more the child moves, the better he will develop and grow faster. The benefits of physical activity for the health of children of any age cannot be underestimated. Physical exercise has a positive effect not only on the formation of immunity, but also on the development of memory, thinking, mental abilities and personal qualities.

Childhood diseases: why you shouldn’t be afraid of them?

For loving parents, any child's sneeze is a serious cause for concern. And if your beloved child’s temperature suddenly rises above 38 degrees, then you cannot do without the help of a specialist.

However, usually everything is not as scary as it seems at first glance.

Today, the book by Robert Mendelsohn, an American professor, doctor of medicine and pediatrician, “How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Doctors,” is especially popular (quite deservedly so), where he explains in detail why you should not be afraid of childhood diseases.

R. Mendelson is confident that most childhood diseases do not need the attention of doctors, and teaches parents to perceive diseases as a “natural stage in the development of a child,” as a peculiar reaction of the body to the “dynamics of life.”

Parental duty is to take care of the child, raise him in love and care, not follow stereotypes, do not shift his care and responsibility for his health to anyone.

The titanic efforts of loving parents will definitely be rewarded - the child will grow up healthy and successful.

By following basic rules, you can avoid frequent ARVIs and reduce communication with doctors to a minimum. Here are some of them: do not bundle up your baby and walk with him in any weather, teach him to walk barefoot at any time of the year at home, and in the summer even at the dacha, harden children from early childhood.

Try to ventilate the room where the child spends a lot of time as often as possible, but at least twice a day - morning and evening. Breastfeeding has a very positive effect on the development and well-being of a child.

Another piece of advice regarding feeding babies is to take your time with complementary foods and give preference to simple, unpretentious food - cereals, pureed vegetables and fruits, soups and broths.

Please note that different children have different appetites. You cannot demand that your child eat more or less. Rely on the child’s choice and desire.

The health of a child is the painstaking, daily work of his parents, who will have to work every day, without holidays and weekends, to raise a healthy child.

By your own example, you need to teach children a healthy lifestyle, healthy habits, proper routine, and nutritious nutrition.

The health of a child is not a momentary condition, but the result of the long-term work of his family.

Be confident that your child is healthy, and let this confidence be passed on to your baby. A positive attitude, trusting relationships, a favorable family atmosphere, love and support from parents - this is what will help raise a healthy child. Love your children, trust your intuition and use common sense in parenting matters.

Introduction.

The book meets the natural desire of every parent to raise their child healthy and happy. But not everyone knows how to achieve this.

I discovered true knowledge in this area, which can help everyone who sincerely wants to raise children happy and healthy.

I warn the particularly inquisitive and intelligent reader that scientific terms, as well as scientific justifications, are completely absent in this book, due to the incompetence of science in matters of true knowledge concerning happiness, love and health. There is no science that represents such knowledge.

The book is laid out as chapters are written. That is why, until the book is finished, you will see the phrase “to be continued” at the end of writing the next chapter.

Chapter 1. Start with yourself.

Before you can begin to fulfill your desire to raise a happy and healthy child, you will have to start with yourself.

The truth is that you cannot give your children what you do not have. If you were healthy and happy, you would not need this book, because its title speaks for itself.

Happy and healthy people do not read such literature, because they are already healthy and happy.

It is precisely because you do not consider yourself happy and/or healthy that you are interested in this book. If you yourself don’t have something, can you give it to someone else, including a child? The answer is obvious. No you can not.

To give your child happiness, love and health, you first need to find it yourself. Is not it?

ILLUSION OF SUFFERING, OR "WOE FROM MIND".

Every person in his life has experienced negative experiences that cause pain and suffering more than once. Emotions and feelings such as irritation, resentment, anger, misunderstanding, dissatisfaction, loneliness, disappointment, hopelessness, despair, rejection, shame, envy, jealousy, worry, anxiety, hatred, guilt, fear, etc. known to everyone.

Negative thoughts and experiences bring a person pain and suffering, which, accumulating over the years, develop into deep dissatisfaction with life and a feeling of being an absolutely unhappy person.

Having learned the essence and causes of your own suffering, you will discover that suffering and fears are just an illusion of the mind, nothing more.

Before realizing the truth of my statement, let's start with the root cause of any experience.

A person’s emotional state directly depends on thoughts. This is an indisputable fact. Thoughts about good things cause a good mood and positive emotions. Thoughts about bad things cause a bad mood and negative (negative) emotions and feelings.

Only with the complete absence of thoughts does peace come.

To explain why suffering is an illusion of the mind, I will bring to your attention the contents of Chapter 2 from my book “The Direct Path to Happiness, Love and True Wealth”

When a baby is born, his pure unconscious does not know who he is. He is aware only of living here and now. For a newborn there is nothing more than living life in the present moment. From the first days of life, the child simply lives.

Until the age of three to five, children live their lives consciously being present in every moment. They do not yet know how to think independently, and live guided only by their own needs and desires, which they vividly experience and realize.

At this age, children enjoy life in all its manifestations if adults do not interfere with them. They live simply and sincerely, accepting life as it comes.

Children are spontaneous and natural in everything. They are completely present in every moment of life, reacting to everything absolutely sincerely, without thinking whether they are doing right or wrong. They don't care about conventions and rules because they haven't learned them yet. This is what makes their life serene and happy.

Almost every adult experiences tenderness in the presence of a baby and watching him. Have you ever wondered why this happens? The answer is obvious. Next to the baby, what is given to each of us from birth comes to life in us - a forgotten feeling of happiness.

Children's innate ability to be serene and happy, accepting life as it is, disappears with age for most people.

Remember yourself in early childhood. What was the most important and meaningful for you?

Only you, your desires and needs, which you immediately tried to realize and satisfy.

If you don't remember yourself at that early age, watch children that age. You will be surprised that apart from themselves and their own desires, nothing exists for little children.

Children love their parents absolutely. They accept their parents, like everything that happens to them, as a given, which exists and is natural, like life itself. At the same time, children perceive their parents as those who satisfy most of their needs and desires. For children, the obviousness of such a relationship is natural. They absolutely know that they simply need their parents.

Children three to five years old retain the ability to love life, themselves and their parents absolutely. They love with true love. Therefore, they can give it to everyone and everything: mom and dad, grandparents, sisters and brothers, dogs and cats, butterflies and dragonflies, flowers and trees - the whole world. Little children love absolutely sincerely, no matter what, that is, unconditionally (without conditions). Love in its essence is unconditional. This is a feeling that defies not only description, but also attempts to put it into at least some kind of framework. We can only feel love.

Growing up, a person gradually forgets his true self, and, as a result, loses the ability to love himself.

Under the burden of upbringing, as well as under the burden of imposed rules and conventions, we forget ourselves and acquire false images imposed on us by family, society and environment.

False images are so unnatural and illusory that it is simply impossible to love them. All the more impossible is happiness, which disappears along with the lost awareness of one’s true self.

Forgetting oneself occurs with the formation of the mind. The smarter a person becomes, the more he forgets his true self. With the mind, a personality begins to form. The root of the word “personality” comes from the word “mask,” that is, mask.

A child receives his first masks - masks in his own family, when he is criticized, condemned or praised by his own parents: you are good or bad, you are smart or mediocrity, you are neat or dirty, you are wonderful or terrible, etc. You yourself can remember all the words that your own parents and those around you branded you with. The worst thing for any child is the condemnation, criticism and anger of their own parents.

At the same time, your parents believed that they were right and were sure that they loved you.

And you? How did you feel as a child at that moment when you were criticized, scolded and shamed by your own dad and mom? Even now you feel uneasy from such memories, because you felt that you were not loved.

A child, absolutely trusting his own parents, begins to think about himself with the concepts and criteria of adults, which are instilled in him by his most beloved and dearest people. Thus, thanks to their own parents, children begin to think about themselves the same way as their parents, gradually accepting the replacement of their true selves with those masks and guises that their own mother and father hang on them. The child's mind begins to identify itself with these masks.

It is unfortunate that the destruction of the true essence of their own “beloved” child is being done by his own parents, who themselves have long buried themselves under a pile of their own faces and masks.

Can a “false self” that does not remember itself and does not love itself, raise a truly happy, self-sufficient and loving person?

Going out into society and growing up, a child begins to encounter the opinions of other people who also judge and evaluate him according to their own criteria.
In the family, kindergarten, school, college, at work, our focus on the opinions of others begins to replenish the collection of masks that the person himself, as an adult, begins to cultivate and broadcast to the world as his own personality.
Quite often you can hear from some people a confident and proud presentation of themselves in a sincere, strong conviction - “I am a person.” This statement is the burial of the true self. By getting used to numerous images and falsely identifying oneself with them, a person loses his truth.

Masks and images become inseparable from the person wearing them. The personality, without noticing it, introduces itself by the name of its masks: I am a director, I am a businessman, I am a professor, I am a doctor, I am a husband/wife, I am a mother/father, I am a pensioner. All masks are a show where the most important thing is missing - the one who wears them. There is a complete loss of who you were born to be. The false personality has become firmly entrenched in one’s own brain. With age, your mind has become stronger and your personality has taken root firmly in your consciousness, putting a big, fat cross on you.

All the masks, images and everything that happens to you in life are all the machinations of “your” mind, which cannot be called the word “yours”, because you acquired it through knowledge that was not invented by you.

The biggest illusion of a person is his mind.

Ask yourself:
- Everything I know, I came up with?

The answer is obvious:
- No.

You have spent your entire life studying OTHERS' knowledge. You didn’t come up with the laws of physics, mathematics, philosophy and others. You did not write history, geography, natural science and other humanities. It was not you who composed the poems of Pushkin and Yesenin. You have only acquired this ALIEN knowledge and consider it your own. Totally absurd. Is not it?
Most of your mind and intellect is made up of “knowledge” that you acquired from the outside, and therefore is not yours. This is an indisputable fact.
But the most important thing is that YOU DO NOT know anything about life, but the mind you acquired from the outside, which gained most of the “knowledge” from external sources: from mom, dad, family, loved ones, friends, teachers, books, media, the Internet and society that has surrounded you all the years of your life. Whatever you consider to be your mind has nothing to do with your personal knowledge.

Your own knowledge was acquired by you through your own life experiences. Your experience is what you have personally experienced and experienced in your life.
You fell, hurt yourself, got burned, drowned, got sick, got married, gave birth, got divorced, lost relatives and friends, suffered, experiencing your own feelings and emotions - this is your own experience and your knowledge. Only this knowledge belongs to you, since you acquired it through your own experience. The rest of the “knowledge,” of which there is much more, cannot be called your knowledge. This knowledge is acquired and borrowed from others, that is, ALIENS, not yours.

Obviously, the mind is not a criterion of truth. However, you easily trust “your” mind. Why? How does the mind know what it thinks? If he is so “smart,” then why doesn’t he know all the answers to all your questions?

And now the main and most important questions:

- “Your” mind belongs to whom?
-Who is the master of your mind?
- If the mind belongs to you and you are its owner, then why does it always think what it wants?
- Do you yourself direct the thoughts that arise in your head?

The answers will puzzle you. You don't control what your brain thinks. He himself chooses the thoughts and thoughts that he himself thinks. Most often, you are not in charge of this process. Which proves that your mind has become your master. Do you think this is normal?

The following questions will sober you up even more:

The thoughts you think come and go. So?
- If something comes and goes, does it belong to you?
-Where do your thoughts come from? And where do they go? You know that?
-Where is your mind located in your body? Try to find this place and pinpoint it exactly. Many people say that the mind is in the head. This is a ridiculous and absolutely illusory statement, since everyone knows that in the head there is only a brain, which is not the mind.
- So what is the mind? Where is he located? Find and pinpoint the “address” of “your” mind. Does not work?

Let's search your mind together.

Stop thinking. Let your brain go silent. There is perfect silence in my head, not a single thought. Be in a state of not thinking for a while. Observe the silence in your head. Be here and now in the present moment without thinking. Be aware of the body, breathing, seeing, hearing. Be aware and watch yourself in complete thoughtlessness. Notice that it is easy for you to be aware of yourself without thinking about anything.

Now answer your question:

When you're not thinking about anything, is your brain in the same place it was?
- If the brain did not go anywhere, and you did not think, then where was your mind?

Try again to be in the present moment without thinking. Realize that in the absence of thoughts, you do not disappear anywhere. There are no thoughts, but you are. Therefore the mind cannot represent you. In his absence, you do not disappear anywhere. You exist regardless of the presence or absence of the mind, and this is obvious.

Realize simple truths:

Your brain is an organ of the body that is not your mind.
- The mind is not yours, since you cannot even find it.
- mind is an illusion. That's why you can't find it anywhere. You can't find something that doesn't exist.
- In the absence of mind, you do not disappear anywhere, which once again confirms its illusory nature.
- You exist, regardless of the fact that the mind is absent.

For skeptics and those who are especially smart, I suggest testing these truths on yourself in order to be convinced of your own rightness and your own point of view. Prove to yourself that you and your mind are right.

Close your eyes, don't think about anything, and be aware of the silence in your head. Be in this silence just long enough until your eyes open on their own. This will take very little time. You will be surprised that you can easily silence your brain, but not for long.

The main discovery for you will be that at that moment when your brain was silent and perfect silence reigned in your head, the mind disappeared, but you did not.

For those who still cannot believe that there is no mind in you, when the brain becomes silent, I recommend re-checking yourself again and again. Suddenly the author of the book is lying. Test yourself as many times as you want until you become aware of your real self, in whom there is no and cannot be a mind.

To realize the next truth, which I will voice a little later, and for the sake of which you started reading this book, you need to become aware of yourself again.

Close your eyes, remove all thoughts from your head, and plunge into silent silence. Observe your inner state. Be aware and feel what is happening inside you when your brain is silent. In complete silence and silence of the brain, peace and serenity comes. Be in this peace and quiet for a while. Enjoy this state, which is completely natural for you, as long as you feel comfortable. When enough, the eyes will open on their own.

The truth, as always, is simple:

Happiness is a state of peace.

This truth is recognized and proven even by scientists who are extremely smart and deeply skeptical...)))

Realize also that the state of peace is in yourself, therefore you yourself are happiness...))) For which I congratulate you!

All your suffering, like the mind, is also illusory. This is easy to realize.

When your brain is silent, you are in a state of peace and serenity. When the brain begins to think, the state of rest disappears. Thoughts and mind agitate emotions and feelings, causing anxiety and suffering. Anxiety is the opposite side of peace. In other words, all your worries are from the mind. Griboyedov brilliantly formulated this truth in three words: “Woe from Wit.” I’ll add a logical continuation on my own - happiness is beyond the mind. We get the complete truth “Woe is from the mind, happiness is outside the mind.”

Having “turned off” your brain, you were in a state of peace and serenity for some time, that is, in a state of happiness. Why don't you extend this state of happiness to an hour, two hours, a whole day, one month, a year and finally your whole life?

“If you have seen a lot of misfortunes, troubles, hardships and grief in your life,
I was embittered in my soul, offended that such a fate befell me.
Close your eyes, listen to yourself. Who is unhappy inside you?
Turn off your mind, let it be silent. There is peace, love and happiness inside.”

All your fears, suffering, sorrows, experiences, negative emotions and feelings are the result of the activity of the mind. Only your own thoughts that excite you do not give you peace. Thinking, as a constant work of the mind, causes your worry, anxiety and fears, causing you suffering and pain. It is the mind and thoughts that are the source of all your experiences.

The logical chain of any experience is as follows. First a thought arises. Then comes your reaction to that thought. You react to a thought by judging it. The result of your reaction and judgment to a thought is certain feelings and emotions that bother you. Most often, these are negative feelings and emotions: irritation, anger, resentment, doubt, anxiety, jealousy, envy, hopelessness, fear, horror, panic, etc.

When the mind is silent, experiences disappear. When there is silence in the head, the bliss of peace and serenity comes.

Psychiatrists believe that people who have voices in their heads are crazy. You are constantly having certain conversations in your own head. Is not it? The voice of your mind constantly sounds in your head. What's this?

At the same time, it is believed that listening to mom and dad, teachers and educators, and other smart people who read smart books, who were written by smart writers, listening to their own voice in their own heads is normal.

The choice is up to each of you. Continue to listen to “your” mind, or find the happiness that you yourself are.

PRACTICE OF PEACE.

The main condition for practice is silence and silence in the head.

Close your eyes for a while and remove all thoughts from your head. Be in complete silence and darkness, which is natural with your eyes closed. Feel peace and tranquility within yourself. Immerse yourself in this complete peace and silence of silence. Enjoy the peace within yourself. Feel and realize the bliss of your own essence. Be in this state as long as you want.

I sincerely congratulate those who succeeded in the practice, with the understanding and awareness that peace, and therefore happiness, is in each of us.

If you manage to be in a state of rest for a few minutes, why not extend this state for an hour, two, one day or for the rest of your life?

In the future, the practice of peace will be the basis for getting rid of any negative feelings, emotions, erroneous and false psychological attitudes that originate in the parental family and society, and have nothing to do with our true essence.

In the treatment of various diseases, which are also caused by erroneous thoughts, emotions and feelings, as proven by psychosomatics, the science of the relationship between the soul (psycho) and the body (somos), we will also use the practice of peace.

The practice of stillness is essentially a simple and natural immersion within oneself.

Those who managed to plunge into themselves discovered absolute emptiness, which confirms the modern theory of quantum human consciousness, which proves that human consciousness is nothing more than emptiness.

Based on the fact that consciousness is emptiness, it is logical that emptiness cannot experience. There is nothing in it: neither time, nor space, nor, especially, experiences.

In order to understand in more detail the essence, depth and importance of our experiences, we will need to return to the moment of birth of each of us.

THE SECRET OF BIRTH AND WHAT IS DEATH.

As we already know, a child is born with an absolutely pure consciousness. From the moment of birth, the newborn enters into its first interaction with the world. However, already during childbirth, the child receives the first mental trauma, which is called “birth trauma.”

Have you ever wondered: “Why is it that almost none of the people remember their birth?” The answer is simple.

Birth is perceived by the person being born as their own death. This is why a newborn screams heart-rendingly at birth, and does not laugh and rejoice at being born into the world.
In order to protect consciousness from the first psychological trauma, a person forgets the memory of his own birth, but this memory is archived in the subconscious memory. Every psychoanalyst knows the explanation for this phenomenon.

The mechanism of “birth trauma” is as follows.

It has been proven that in utero, the child feels nervous. He perceives his intrauterine state as heaven. Inside the mother it is warm, nourishing, comfortable and serene. Absolute freedom of action and the realization of any desires: I want - I sleep, I want - I “walk”, I want - I suck my thumb, I want - I eat. Paradise, and that's all.

Childbirth begins. Paradise is gradually turning into something terrible.

The warm, serene, familiar environment disappears somewhere. The waters where he rested, as in paradise, recede. The child begins to move “forward,” most often with his head, along some scary narrow channels where he can suffocate, especially if the contraction has stopped and the head has not yet come out. The head is squeezed in the tight captivity of the birth canals. You already want to breathe, but there is no way. The strength is leaving. The horror continues. The fear of one's own death covers all of nature. And now, the moment of entering another world, and: “Oh, horror!”... The first breath of air tears your lungs apart with hitherto unknown pain. It becomes incredibly cold, and the insane fear of meeting a new reality breaks out with the heart-rending cry of a newborn (new birth), asking:

Where I am? I died?

Thus, the fear of death is the first experience of a newborn, which remains with him for the rest of his life. But is this death? What is death if not a transition from one world to another? Using birth as an example, the TRANSITION from the mother's womb to this world.

I am eternally grateful to the Internet for talented people, thanks to whom you can learn what seems unknown. I thank the unknown author in advance for his brilliant presentation of the intrauterine worldview of a person.

CONVERSATION OF BROTHERS IN THE MOTHER'S STOMACH.

Do you believe in life after childbirth? - the unbelieving baby asks his brother.

Of course,” answered the believer. – There is life after childbirth. I believe in it. We are here to get stronger and be ready for what awaits us after birth.

“This is all nonsense,” objected the unbelieving brother. – There is no life after childbirth. Are you crazy? Can you imagine life after childbirth?

I don't know all the details, but everything is different there. This is a different life, not like here. There will probably be more light there. It is possible that we can do something there that we cannot do or have here. I don’t know exactly, but I’m sure that everything will be different, new.

This is all nonsense! It’s funny to even talk about this! We have an umbilical cord that nourishes us. Our life is an umbilical cord. It’s already too short to think about anything else. No one has ever returned from there. Life ends with childbirth. Childbirth is death.

No, answered the believer. – I don’t know exactly what life will look like after childbirth, but I believe that we will have a different life. We will definitely see mom there. She will take care of us there.

Mom? Do you still believe in your mother? You haven't even seen her, and you believe in her? And where is it located, in your opinion?

She is everywhere around us. We are in it. Thanks to her, we live here. Without her we would not exist.

What nonsense! - exclaimed the unbelieving brother. – I didn’t see any mother, so it’s obvious that she’s gone!

Not true. “I don’t know for sure, but I believe and feel that it exists,” the believer responded calmly. “Sometimes, when everything is quiet around me, I hear her thoughts and feel that she is worried about us. Sometimes she sings. But I feel her love especially strongly. She often hugs and strokes our world. I firmly believe that our real life will begin only after childbirth.

LIFE AFTER CHILDREN, OR, WHAT YOU SOW, COMES TO REAP.

During the first months, a newborn perceives the world through sensations. At this time, the child develops emotional and sensory perception. The baby subtly feels the mother, who for him is an inseparable part of himself, no matter how strange it may sound.

It has long been proven that the psyche of a newborn does not recognize itself as different from its mother. Every psychoanalyst knows about this.

Simply put, the newborn believes that “Mom is me.” “Mom is, I am. Mom’s gone, I’m gone.”

During this period, the child subtly feels all the feelings and emotions that the mother experiences and expresses, imbuing himself with new sensations. Subsequently, the baby cultivates the feelings and emotions he copied from his mother as his own, and not acquired.

Thus, in the first year of a baby’s life, his emotional and sensory sphere is formed. All the emotions and feelings that a mother gives to her child in the first year of life are felt and experienced in the future as if they were their own.

If you want your child to be happy and loving, give him love, kindness, affection, care, tenderness and attention. For such a child, showing love will become the norm, and he will be able to create a happy future.

If you sow irritation, rejection, resentment, anger, aggression in a child, he will grow up to be an unhappy, insecure person who does not know how to love anyone, including himself.
The truth of “what goes around comes around” is obvious.

I am often approached by people who feel resentment, anger, irritation, and sometimes aggression.

When we conduct a self-immersion session, a person most often becomes aware of unconscious memories of his first months of life, where he feels how offended, irritated and angry his mother is.

Case study:

Alexey, 35 years old, complained that his wife often offended, angered and enraged him. He loves her, but living with her has become unbearable. Every day she throws scandals at him over every trifle, regardless of the children.

She is always dissatisfied with everything, always angry, always angry and yells at everyone. This all infuriates me so much that I don’t want to go home. I don't drink, I don't smoke. I don't have problems with money. Everything she wants, she has. Any things, car, beauty salons, travel. Children and home also have everything they want. It seems like live and be happy. So no. Every day there are quarrels and scandals out of the blue. This has been going on for two years now. It’s so offensive, Alexey continues, barely holding back tears. - I live only for her and the children. I feel sorry for the children to the point of tears. They are still very small, the eldest is three years old, the youngest is two years old. They see and hear all this, and she often lashes out at them too, which is the worst thing. - Alexei is crying.

During the session - deep immersion into oneself, an unconscious memory of the first months emerges from Alexey's subconscious memory.

Apparently I'm a baby, because I'm swaddled. Somewhere nearby are my mom and dad. They are fighting. I feel it and am aware of it, although I don’t see them. Mom screams a lot and gets angry with dad. Dad freaks out and shouts something evil to mom. I don’t know why, but I really understand that they are making trouble. Dad slams the door and leaves. Mom is crying. She's very upset. - Tears appear in Alexei’s eyes. He cries, sobbing like a little child... - Mom is very offended by dad and is angry with him. I can feel it. I feel very sorry for my mother. - Alexey is crying bitterly.

When Alexey calms down a little, I ask him:

How do you feel towards your mother?

I feel bad for my mom, I feel sorry for her, and I’m angry with my dad.

Alexey, carefully feel yourself and realize which of you and your mother is offended and angry? You or your mom? Who feels sorry for themselves? For you or your mom?

“Mom is offended, angry, and she feels sorry for herself,” Alexey answers after a while.

How do you feel?

Nothing. I feel calm and good.

So whose resentment, anger and pity is this? Yours or your mom's?

Mom's.

After the session of self-immersion, Alexey could not feel either resentment or anger towards his wife. He realized that the negative emotions he was experiencing were not his, but his mother's.

My many years of practice with people, which is based primarily on personal experience of working with oneself, confirms that a person ACQUIRES all experiences, feelings and emotions from his parents, and, above all, from his mother, and, in the absence of parents, from those close to him.

From my own personal experience of working with myself, as well as from many years of experience as a practicing psychoanalyst, I dare to say that we receive the first emotions from our mother in utero.

The mother, initially, from the moment the child is conceived, has a great mission and responsibility for the future of her own child.

I feel how depressed the readers whose children are already grown up are. Do not worry.

How to raise a healthy child

The issues of raising children in a family are complex and diverse. Standards, universal recipes, and templates are unacceptable here. Parents are required to have great knowledge, thoughtfulness, and the ability to apply an individual approach to their to kid.

What is the most important thing in education? baby?

Of course, I want to answer all the important things! And yet the main task in education child – the child must grow up healthy! Neither fullness and fatness, nor a heroic build, nor a blush on his plump cheeks baby are not criteria in themselves health. Its essence is the harmony of physical and spiritual forces, balance of the nervous system, endurance, and the ability to withstand various harmful influences.

Life will inevitably collide baby with difficulties and trials of various kinds. Whether it is a sudden change in temperature or an infection, physical overload or emotional excitement, a strong healthy the body will respond with appropriate reactions, defend itself, and the weak will suffer defeat.

A healthy child is easier to raise. He quickly develops all the necessary skills and abilities, adapts better to changing conditions and perceives all the demands placed on him. Health– the most important prerequisite for the correct formation of character, the development of initiative, strong will, gifted and natural abilities.

So what should you do to the child grew up healthy!

Child's health, first of all, of course depends on his parents' health, from the lifestyle his parents lead. On child health The environment in which it grows and develops is also influenced. The child's body is plastic, changeable and malleable. Under certain conditions, unfavorable congenital characteristics may remain undetected and may become a source of serious diseases. In the same way, favorable inclinations either develop and improve. Or they fade away.

Child is born into the world with a certain reserve of resistance, stability, "ready" adaptive mechanisms. For example, such as thermoregulation. In response to cooling of the body, heat transfer decreases, and in response to overheating, it increases. Thus, if these mechanisms are exercised frequently, with increasing load, then they become more and more reliable and trouble-free. If this training is not available, they decrease noticeably. Simply put, if don't harden the child, wrap up all the time, hide from the slightest breath of wind, resistance to colds is great.

Summarizing what has been said below, we can conclude: education should not be pampered, but hardening, training, increasing the activity of the growing organism.

Don't protect your baby from the best teacher in the world - life experience!

Strong body!

"Strong body"- this is how they usually characterize healthy person, which is able to withstand harsh tests and survive in difficult conditions.

What does it provide? "fortress" human health? First of all, these are the peculiarities of the development of his body. The better developed a person is, the higher the reserve capabilities of his body, and therefore, the stronger his health. The level of development of the body, in turn, is associated with the development of its individual parts - organs and systems, and how coordinated they work.

How to analyze the work of a child’s body?

It was previously said that "fortress" the body directly depends on the level and degree of its development. How to determine the level of development of your body baby? Many parents believe that this can be done by measuring height and body weight, assessing physical fitness, but such an analysis will not be accurate, since everyone child develops in different ways, at different speeds. In addition, different children have different abilities and inclinations for something.

How can we evaluate development? baby? How to determine whether he is developing normally, lagging behind or, on the contrary, ahead of his peers?

First of all, you need to analyze the behavior of the baby, scientifically speaking, its physical and mental activity.

If your child he moves a lot and enjoys physical exercise, he has a good appetite, if he willingly attends kindergarten, strives to communicate with his peers, makes contact with adults, takes an active part in games, then we can safely assume that he is developing normally. If you do not observe your child of these manifestations, if baby there is no interest in an active lifestyle, he tends to spend most of his time in a passive state, he often plays alone in the garden, does not make contact with the teacher, eats poorly, grows slowly - this may be a developmental delay!

How raise a healthy child?

To child grew and developed in accordance with his age and age characteristics, it is necessary to instill in him an interest in physical education and sports from childhood! Playing sports will allow to kid increase the performance of his body, makes him resilient and hardy, with high protective abilities to adverse environmental factors, that is, they create conditions for children to develop and grow healthy!

In the modern world, unfortunately, parents pay very little attention and time to their children. It is a mistake to rely only on kindergarten, since physical development baby should be continuous both in kindergarten and at home.

Physical education – health-improving The work of children in the family is extremely varied. It may be associated with the preparation and holding of any holidays, family celebrations, planned and unexpected events (such as winning competitions held in kindergarten or graduating from kindergarten, etc.). In addition, the need for communication and joint activities arises every day in the evening, when the whole family gathers after work, as well as on weekends.

On weekends, it is best to organize outdoor recreation. For example, in the warm season, you can go hiking with the whole family. Family hiking trips provide an incomparable healing effect,obtained as a result of the complex influence of natural factors on the body: sun, air, water and various physical activities. proven that prolonged performance of moderate exercise in the form of cyclic exercises: walking, running, jumping, cycling, contribute to the improvement of such valuable health quality like endurance. In addition, joint trips help strengthen the family and compensate for the attention that parents do not give to their to kid.

Often, if the weather outside is inclement, rainy or windy, parents prefer to stay home with child. Then the next related problem arises, first of all. With the difficulty of resolving the contradiction between the high natural need baby in active physical activity and the area of modern apartments. In this case, parents often give preference to organizing quiet activities (modeling, drawing, watching cartoons, computer games, board games). Considering the advantages and importance of the above-mentioned activities, it should be noted the importance of physical activity for the developing organism baby. Limitation of physical activity baby at home can lead to irreparable losses in its health and harmonious physical and general development.

In order to child could rationally use his motor activity at home, can be installed in a children's room "sports complex" of course, if the area of his room allows it. Moreover, nowadays there is a choice "sports complexes" in specialized stores there is quite a variety.

Another form of physical education at home is outdoor games and play exercises. Taking into account the limited space and capabilities of the apartment, it is recommended to select games and exercises of low and medium mobility. Participants can be both children and all family members. These could be games "Ring throwing, darts, bowling", it could also be games like “hide and seek, blind man’s buff, the sea is rough, etc.”

We also shouldn’t forget that outdoor games in the yard are the most accessible and widespread form of physical exercise for baby. As we know, play is at the highest level of interests among children. however, many modern types of educational games (computer, electronic games) do not contribute to strengthening child's health and the formation of those important moral qualities such as (mutual assistance, honesty, courage, justice, etc., the basis of which is laid only in collective outdoor games in the yard with their peers. Adults can be the instigators of such leisure. Help equip the playground, make the missing equipment . Think over and prepare prizes. Often you walk in the yard with families, you can organize games of a competitive nature. For example, dad and son of one family, mother and daughter of another family, hold relay races (who can jump faster on one leg along the path, carry the ball and don’t drop it, crossing "using a hoop", push out of the circle, etc.). how much joy and pleasure joint games between adults and children bring. Obviously, such events cannot be repeated often given the current employment of parents. But it is enough if adults team up with children to play together on weekends or during vacations!

FAMILY CODE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

When we wake up, we don’t lie in bed.

We start every day with exercise.

We take cold water as a friend, it gives vigor and strengthening.

The elevator is our enemy health, we go down and up the landing on foot.

To kindergarten - walk at a fast pace.

Let us be generous with our smiles and never lose heart!

When meeting with teachers and children in kindergarten, be sure to say hello(we wish you well health!

The daily routine is our friend, if we want to get everything done, we will!

We eat healthy and for our own benefit health!

In the evening we discuss with the family how we spent the day!

On holidays and weekends - only with the whole family!
