Description of the process of knitting a men's hat:
Using 3.5 mm knitting needles, cast on 84 stitches + 1 extra. loop for neatly connecting the row. Next we knit like this - *2L, 1I, 3L, 1I* to a height of 3 cm.

The authors of the model, designers from the Drops studio, recommend taking 2 skeins of Drops Lima (50 g/100 m) for the hat. This yarn is all wool, made from 65% sheep wool and 35% alpaca wool, and has a medium gauge yarn.
Two skeins are enough to create a medium standard size hat, 57-59 cm head circumference.
When knitting, we will use two types of double needles: with a diameter of 4 mm and 3.5 mm.
We knit the sample using stockinette stitch from 21 original stitches (pt). Having completed 28 rows, we get 10x10 cm.
