Perhaps everyone in childhood wove a wreath from dandelions. You can feel like a child again by making it from foamiran. The product will give the same joy, but will not wither. You can wear such a wreath to folk festivals or a theme party.

Orchid

Since ancient times, the orchid has been considered a symbol of wealth, love and beauty. Even a novice needlewoman can make this beautiful flower; just use the master class:

First, a template is prepared.
White three-petal and two-petal blanks and a tongue are cut out.
The petals are heated and pressed on a special mold, taking the required shape and texture.
The tongue is tinted in three colors. The tail and wings are lilac, the head is yellow, the middle is a red dot.
Each side is treated with a heating device and twisted towards the central part.
A two-petal blank is glued to the center of the tongue from below, then a three-petal one.

Jasmine

Jasmine attracts not only its beauty, but also its wonderful aroma. You can create a flower by following the step-by-step guide:

The stencil is being prepared.
The prepared form is transferred to the material and cut out. For one flower you will need 2 four-petal blanks, 1 sepal, stamens in the form of a white rectangle, 3 leaves.
The petals are heated, a depression is formed, and the appearance of a cup is given.
The leaves are heated, veins are drawn, and a boat shape is created.
The white foamiran rectangle is cut, not reaching the edge 5 mm. The result is a thin fringe.
The free edges of the stamens are painted yellow.
The stem is formed from wire 7 cm long.
A fringe of stamens is wound around the stem, everything is fixed with glue.
From the bottom of the stamens, 2 rows of petals are strung alternately on a wire in a checkerboard pattern and secured with glue.
The last layer is glued sepals.
The leaves are attached to a separate wire.
The composition is assembled by twisting the wires of the flower and leaves. The bare area is decorated with a satin ribbon.

A hairpin with jasmine made of foamiran, decorated with beads and rhinestones, will be an excellent gift.

Leaves

Making almost any plant composition is not complete without leaves. It is very easy to create this element from foamiran, especially if you have a special mold. The finished form saves a lot of time, you don’t have to make the veins by hand, and the appearance is quite realistic.

The creation of leaves begins with the preparation of a paper stencil, which is applied to the foamiran sheet. Next, the elements of the required size and color are cut out. The finished products are warmed up. Using a toothpick or mold, the veins are drawn, the desired shape and bend are given. If necessary, the leaves are additionally tinted.

Accessory assembly

After the flowers are ready, they should be collected into a composition that will make foamiran hairpins more colorful. There are two simple options that are usually demonstrated in master classes. Everyone can choose the most suitable one:

The main material for assembling the composition is glue. Each individual element is trimmed so that the base is even, without additional material residues. After this, all items are placed into the composition. During the process, it is recommended to swap individual elements to create the optimal option. Flowers made of foamiran, petals and additional decor are connected to each other with glue in the places of greatest contact.
The main material is wire. One end of it is smeared with glue and stuck into the center of the flower. If you cannot pierce the foamiran, you can first prepare the hole with an awl. The wire is fixed to the leaf from below. After all the elements of the composition have acquired additional legs, the finished product is assembled by twisting the wire together. In the case when the fastening material stands out from the overall picture, it can be wrapped with a satin ribbon to match the petals or leaves.

After creating the composition, it must be attached to the base hairpin. First you need to determine the exact location. It is advisable to first try on the unfixed version in front of a mirror. Then, using glue or wire, the flower arrangement and the hairpin are connected.

When using glue to attach a large bouquet, you can be on the safe side by using adhesive made of dense material, which is installed from the bottom of the hairpin and elastic band, capturing the edges of the composition. If wire is used, it is recommended to decorate its open areas with satin ribbon, and carefully trim off the excess pieces. For comfortable contact with the head, especially when creating children's hairpins from foamiran, it is also recommended to use adhesive.

If you decide to start making foamiran hairpins with your own hands, you should start with the simplest options. These include dandelion, chamomile, jasmine. It is recommended to watch at least one master class in advance. Only after the first copies are ready can you begin to create more complex compositions.

In order to correctly determine the size of the flower, you need to choose in advance the hairpin that will be attached to it. The larger the surface of contact between the base and the flower, the larger the composition can be. If you attach large flowers to small hairpins, they will come off over time.

Beginners should not purchase a large assortment of material in advance. It’s better to start with 2-3 sheets of the required shades to create a specific flower. Only if the process of making hair accessories from foamiran is successfully completed can you safely go to the store to purchase additional material. For convenient work, it is enough to have the basic colors on hand: white, yellow, green, red, pink, lilac. At any time they can be given the desired shade using paints.

More recently, a new fashion has emerged - wearing flowers in hair. Also, foamiran material has recently begun to gain great popularity among needlewomen. Flowers from foamiran indeed they turn out to be very realistic and durable, they are not afraid of either frost or heat. Let's combine these two fashionable new items into one.

Materials:

Foamiran in two colors (green, white);
Blanks for stamens;
Wooden skewer;
Cardboard;
Scissors;
Pencil;
Ruler;
Glue gun;
Iron;
Barrette.

Working with foamiran: how to make flowers for a hair clip

First, let's make a small stencil of petals from cardboard. Using a ruler and a simple pencil, measure out a 2.5*2 cm rectangle. Draw a petal in it, cut out a stencil.

To apply the outline of a petal to foamiran, you do not need to trace the stencil with a pencil or pen and once again stain the material. Simply trace the stencil with a wooden skewer.

We will make three flowers to decorate the hairpin. One flower will require ten petals. We trace and cut out the petals.

To give the petals volume and texture, you will need an iron. A medium heat setting will be required. We bring the petal close to the iron for a few seconds.

Quickly place it in your palm and press the middle of the petal with your thumb.

We do this with all the petals.

We will get small flowers, so we will need few stamens.

Take the stamens and fix them at the base with a drop of glue.

Glue the first petal, applying a small drop of glue only to the tip. The stamens should be in the middle of the petal.

Glue the subsequent petals, maintaining uniformity. The flower should be even on all sides.

Since the petals are the same size, we glue them at the same level so that the lower base of the flower does not turn out to be “mismatched”. Using this technique we make three flowers.

We cut out leaf blanks from green foamiran. We make them more openwork and realistic with the help of small cutouts along the edging.

We bring the leaves one at a time close to the iron for a few seconds.

Then we give it a shape close to the shape of a real leaf, and slightly twist it into a tube.

When everything is ready, glue first the leaf and then the flowers to the hairpin.

We start with the outermost flower.

The hairpin is ready!

Flowers on a hair clip very similar to fragrant jasmine flowers.

White flowers always look advantageous and gentle, they look like wedding, but if you want, you can paint the tips of the petals with paint using a sponge before assembling the flower.
