  1. Wash the peeled tubers well and be sure to dry them. Each of them is cut into small blocks of the same size. Cutting French fries is a very important task.   2. At home, you can make French fries in a frying pan with high sides. Place the frying pan on the stove and turn on high heat. Pour Oleina into it and heat it very well. Then reduce the heat and carefully, so as not to burn yourself, add the dried cubes. Fry them in oil until golden brown.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove the golden pieces and place them on a paper napkin to drain off any remaining fat. Salt and, if desired, sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Tomato sauce

  • 100 tomato paste;
  • 20 g cilantro;
  • 20 g parsley;
  • 20 g basil;
  • half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.

  • 150 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 medium head of garlic;

Lightly grind the chopped onion feathers with salt. Grind the garlic on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill. Mix all the ingredients well with mayonnaise and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. This mixture is very spicy, but it can be made less hot by reducing the amount of garlic.
