Definitely, this greatly affects the state of a person’s psyche. If it is true that thoughts materialize, then more questions arise. Is it possible with their help to define or build the future or achieve some goals? And can any thought materialize?

Scientific background

If you turn to the Bible, it follows that in the very beginning there was the word. And it is the thought that was spoken out loud.

Thomas Edison, who invented the simplest incandescent lamp and many different necessary things, did not come to this right away and not easily. First, a great engineering thought appeared, which generated a powerful field (torsion), which was constantly fed energetically (the thought became denser, superimposing one on another).

Thanks to thought, intangible energy was transformed into a tangible physical object.

The thought materializes. You simply need to accept as a truth (axiom) the fact that it is an instrument that converts energy into matter.

Academician E. Gulyaev formulated it scientifically as follows: matter is a form that receives energy, according to the information generated by consciousness (the principle of a torsion field in space).

The process of materialization of thoughts and words occurs every day, regardless of whether a person believes in it or not. This happens unconsciously.

A person, thinking all the time that there is no time, that there is little money, gets it in reality.

If you constantly scold your unfulfilled life in your thoughts, think that the people around you are doing everything out of spite, you can get a lot of factors that irritate and complicate your life.

If a person constantly catches himself thinking: “I will always be alone (or alone) and no one will love me anymore,” there is a high probability that he will remain lonely.

But over time, the process of managing thoughts will become better and better. And positive thinking will eventually become as automatic as negative thinking was before.

What kind of thoughts materialize well?

To find out whether it is true that thoughts materialize, you need to establish some rules.

If the process of tracking and stopping negative thoughts is already happening as usual, you should think about what kind of thoughts should be replaced. Here are some rules for working on this:

1. Short ones are best remembered and perceived. You need to formulate a new thought precisely and briefly, then repeat it periodically throughout the day.

2. There should be only positive things. The wording should be only optimistic, without any negative particles. For example: “I am a charming person, people listen to me,” or even simpler: “Everything that happens to me is for the better.”

3. For the initial stages, it is allowed to simply pronounce new thoughts in the head, but for subsequent stages, for their successful materialization, you should connect emotionally. In other words, you need to believe in what is being said and that thoughts actually materialize, even if the results are not yet noticeable. When thoughts are supported by emotions, they are fueled by the energy of desire and quickly become real.

Why do thoughts materialize? The famous Russian psychiatrist V. Bekhterev devoted almost his entire life to this issue. He came to the conclusion, after numerous studies, that thought is a type of energy, and determined that the brain directly influences matter.

According to the scientist, any activity, even mental, is capable of flowing from one state to another and cannot disappear in any way, according to the well-known law of conservation of energy. Thus, every thought that is expressed by a gesture, a word, and even a facial expression or a glance cannot disappear.

There is a very common expression: “Trouble does not come alone.” Many people experience periods in their lives when it seems like the world is collapsing around them. For example, some misfortune or unpleasant event occurred, and after it came another, third. How to strengthen the materialization of thoughts

For the process to be successful, it is useful and important to lead a correct lifestyle. It’s not for nothing that a familiar phrase once appeared: “In healthy body- a healthy mind." It perfectly demonstrates the meaning of the materialization of thoughts.

Another important point in transforming desires is to use the “visualization method.” A person must first imagine in his imagination what he wants, while feeling the presence of this desired in the present, and only then he needs to think, and in the end it comes.

But before you practice this method, you must first study it and know how to use it correctly.

For the past 24 years, I have been fortunate to call Japan home.

When it comes to productivity, many people are familiar with approaches like the Pomodoro Method or Parkinson's Law, or books like David Allen's Getting Things Done, but Japan taught me to look at it on a deeper level.

I understand kaizen

Kaizen means “continuous improvement” in Japanese. This is why Japanese automakers dominated the industry for many years. Kaizen is a complex effect in action. A 1% improvement may not seem like much, but over time it can make a difference.

This philosophy permeates all areas of life here. Jiro Ono, a sushi chef, says: “I do the same thing over and over again, gradually getting better. There is always a desire to achieve more. I will continue to climb, trying to reach the top, but no one knows where it is."

I learned attention to detail

When traveling around Japan, it's hard not to notice how much the Japanese care about details. Exquisite packaging, neatness, organization, food - everything is on another level.

The best word to describe this is “caring.” The Japanese care about the little things. All the extra work can be time-consuming, but a good reputation pays off over time. The Japanese will never say about any part of their business: “It’s not that important.” Everything matters.

I treat food like fuel.

Dinner in Japan is not served, it is displayed. Guests visiting Japanese homes are often surprised to find five or six courses in front of them for dinner. Miso soup and rice are a must. In addition, two or three different vegetable dishes, as well as fish and meat.

Despite such a variety of dishes, you rarely leave the table feeling full. In Japan there is a proverb: “He who is only 80% full does not need a doctor.” The point is not to eat to your heart's content, but to satisfy your hunger.

Moreover, by limiting our calorie intake, we can extend our lives. The Japanese diet has had a profound impact on my health. I almost never get a cold, and I have more energy than I did when I was 20.

I take a bath to improve my sleep

Health should never be overlooked when discussing productivity. As my mentor Jim Rohn said, “Some people feel bad because they don’t feel good.” Like most people in the US, I used to shower before work, but here in Japan, almost everyone takes a bath before bed.

I resisted this for many years, but finally gave in, and now I will never go back to my old habits. I used to spend five minutes in the shower to wake up. Now it's a daily ritual. I wash first and then soak in the tub at a pre-programmed temperature for at least 15 minutes. Stress disappears.

Considering how hard our bodies work, relaxing in a nice warm bath is the perfect way to end the day. According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, “Chronic sleep deprivation or poor sleep increases the risk of diseases such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression and obesity.”

Since I got used to taking a bath, I sleep like an angel and it pays off.

I learned how to tidy up

In Tokyo and Osaka, it is not uncommon for people to have apartments that are 20 square meters or less. Space is limited, so people need to think carefully about their purchases. No wonder Marie Kondo became cultural phenomenon with her bestselling book, The Magic of Tidying Up.

And this doesn't just apply at the individual level—companies often store a lot of unnecessary items. Outdated educational materials, client cases have accumulated in many offices over the years.

Using Kondo's philosophy, I have clients either throw away or digitize material to clear out their workspace.

Take responsibility

It's important to take responsibility for who you are first and foremost, because that's what Human Design is all about. What to do if emotions are not yours

If you have an undefined emotional center in Human Design (and therefore an empty Emotional center), then your emotional waves will always be unpredictable, depending on who you are with. And here it is important to catch that moment when someone else’s (and it’s always someone else’s) emotions begin to penetrate you.

She is not a part of you, she is a “guest” who comes and goes. Understanding this simple fact will help you get rid of emotional distress.

Another helper in the fight against emotions can be water - showering with your head, swimming in a pool, river, lake, sea, ocean... Water eliminates conditioning, including other people's addictions, best of all.

Make a choice

The choice between dependence and non-dependence. This is a choice between life and its absence. What are you choosing today? It is a choice you must make every day until there is no choice, until the word “death” disappears from the equation. Could zero-sum thinking be the reason why you are poorer than other people? Definitely. And that's why.

Imagine that you are in an audience. The teacher announces that the score for the upcoming test will show the exact level of your performance and according to it the grade curve for the entire group will be built. This means that the worse your classmates do on the task, the better your score will be. Will you help your comrades prepare for the test?

Research shows that the most common answer is no. This is called zero-sum thinking, meaning that one person's victory means another person's loss. Unfortunately, many people view life from a similar perspective, which ultimately works against them.

Someone else's happiness and wealth does not mean that they are not available to you.

The main problem with zero-sum thinking is that it not only makes unhappy and unsuccessful people even more unhappy, but also prevents more or less happy people of average income from moving towards greater achievements.

But how is this possible? Think about the last time something truly exciting happened to you. Did you feel guilty about this? Have you worried about what others might think about your success? Have you downplayed your level of happiness out of fear of negative reactions from others?

A 10-minute practice to help slow down your thoughts.

If a large number of thoughts prevent you from focusing on one important thing right now, practice this breathing technique. Its duration depends on you. Do it every time you need to concentrate.

1. Find a comfortable position and close your eyes to begin the practice. Calm down, trying to focus on your breathing. When your attention begins to wander and move to other things, bring it back to your breath.

The soul is who we really are, but we have forgotten about it. The world around us has made us forget about this, and now we almost completely identify with our mind, believing that it completely determines our essence. Our thoughts and emotions, what our ego wants and desires... Many believe that all of this is who we really are. But little by little this is changing.

As our souls begin to strive to grow and become stronger, especially when this is just beginning to manifest itself in our lives, they begin to play an increasingly larger role in determining our life experiences. I know what you’re thinking: all this, of course, is good and even wonderful, but why do I no longer have control over my own life? In fact, you have it.

Our soul is us, we are just used to not listening to our own intuition, inner voice, inner knowledge, and therefore we very rarely remember this. When something happens in our life, we try to understand this “something” and evaluate it solely with the powers of our mind, instead of at least trying to listen to what our intuition, and with its help, our soul, is trying to tell us .

We are fortunate to live in a time of great change and the rapid implementation of things that we could not even dream of before. And if we hold on to the desire to receive something that will not contribute to our spiritual growth in any way, we will not give our soul what it needs now... But it will still achieve its goal, and even then, when it is least convenient for us.

If you find yourself constantly trying to attract money, material values ​​into your life, ideal relationship, ideal job and so on, ask yourself why you want this. Take the time to just sit down in a secluded corner, take a notepad and write down in detail, point by point, why exactly you want this or that.

How will it make you feel? Will this make your life better? Happier? Most likely, you will quickly realize that in most cases you want these things because you are chasing an idea of ​​​​happiness imposed on you from the outside. Or maybe you feel like something is missing in your life and are trying to fill that emptiness with the idea of ​​what your ideal life supposedly is.

Why can't we be happy? In fact, we can, but happiness can never come to us from external sources - it always comes from within. So take the first step to find peace and look deeper into your own soul. You will understand that a lot of what you want now is not only unnecessary, but you actually don’t want it at all.
