First - relaxation. the deeper the better. When the degree of immersion is already high enough and there are no distractions, you can proceed directly to the exercise. It’s better to start by creating (visualizing) the external appearance of the desired subject. The more details you can remember, the better, naturally. The ideal option is to try to imagine what this person looks like NOW, at this specific moment.
Next, begin to endow the visual mannequin with thoughts and emotions, based on the available information, and trying to figure out what thoughts and emotions a person has in him. this moment. The feeling “ON THE CHANNEL” comes spontaneously, and firstly, purely personal sensations appear, like moving through a pipe, and secondly, the ability to capture thoughts and emotions that are alien to you personally, but came from nowhere, not based on key information. Relax, completely distract yourself from everything else, and turn all your attention to the foot of your left foot. Perceive everything that comes from the foot - pressure, warmth, tingling, heaviness, discomfort. There may be sensations of viscosity, heterogeneous sensations, etc. Next, shift your attention to the knee, then the thigh. Secure everything by simultaneously perceiving all the sensations in your left leg. Do the same with your right leg.
At the end of the exercise, attention should be transferred to everyday perception, and this can be either some image (the most ordinary), or a word (for example: resetting attention), an action (stretching). Exercise time 5-10 minutes.
At the same time, you should do an exercise to practice a fixed and unblinking gaze. To do this, you should look closely at a simple contrasting pattern - for example, an ornament, a point on the wall (a candle is not suitable for this exercise). When burning and stinging appear in the eyes, tears flow out, the eyes (only when it becomes impossible to endure) can be closed and relaxed, and, having calmed them, return to the interrupted activity (the whites of the eyes become bluish, like a newborn’s).

For two days, perform the exercise only with the left leg, dividing the perception into sections of the foot, calf, and thigh. Spend approximately 2 to 3 minutes perceiving each part. All attention should be involved in the sensation of the hands located along the body, palms down. On the first day, perception is focused on the right hand, on the second on the left hand, on the third on both hands at the same time. Then repeat the cycle, on the seventh day repeating the simultaneous sensation of the hands. The arms, like the legs, are divided into the sensations of the palm, elbow, forearm, and shoulder.

Lesson 7

After you have learned to feel well the vedogon and the vedogon itself, you should move on and revive this soul. It is closely related to the emotional state, hence the inability of a city dweller to perceive more than what is necessary for normal life activity - after all, their mind is shriveled, and it is writhing with constant experiences (often manifesting itself in the form of physical
ailments). The essence of the method is to straighten the vedogoni (to inflate the sails of the soul with the wind of the power of attention). Naturally, having relaxed and paying attention to the stomach, we will feel the hot waves of life emanating from the stomach following your attention. As soon as this happens, while inhaling, we inflame the heat, and while exhaling, we emit it evenly from the whole body outward in all directions, as if forming an egg-shaped sphere (birth egg). There is one important nuance here - while inhaling, we collect the living from the shell of the specified sphere, pulling it towards the center (in this and other methods, we should again not drag the living with attention, but create magnetic sensations of acceptance-rejection, which changes the flows
movement of Forces inside the birth egg). When mastery is achieved, bodily sensations begin to disappear, and the sensations of driving with all the attendant possibilities and abilities become more and more apparent. By turning your palms outward, you can stretch the vedogon to any thing, feeling it. By touching an object with knowledge, you share something alive with it, filling it with your qualities. With practice in the next lesson you WILL see it.

Lesson 8

Following the received sensations of a tactile nature, you should try and visually discern what you sensed, learn to touch the essence of the surrounding with your gaze (merge together touch and vision, which go hand in hand in spiritual perception, receiving “vision”). To do this, you can use the fact that live (like any colloidal system) has the property of opalescence, i.e. it is most noticeable if behind it or
light falls from the side. In practice, this is done like this: look at your hand (more precisely, at what surrounds it) while in a dark room, pointing it towards the light. Almost everyone will see me living this way. The longer you contemplate life with an unblinking gaze (it is the unblinking gaze that allows you to bring your attention closer to the “here and now”), the more you will strive to distinguish its currents. If you have any problems with
vision, then here are some of the tuning tricks:

1. Try to feel the space behind your back or above your head. This trick spurs de-energized attention, involving the unused part of it (our attention is always directed in front of us, depleted to an extreme minimum, sufficient only for sluggish mental fantasies).

2. States of physical and mental exhaustion allow for a short-term stimulation of perception, but in these cases the vision is accompanied by disturbing visions (hence the many sick men and women who consider themselves to be sorcerers and witches) of varying degrees of severity.

3. When examining something for a living glow, you should look not at the form that is visible in everyday life, but as if at something that occupies a correspondingly larger volume.

4. If it doesn’t work out, then look not at the object of contemplation, but as if slightly to the side, casually touching the ordinary form of the object.

5. If nothing helps, then the matter is in your state - how emotionally open you are (by vedogon), free in sensations. Step by step you will begin to see the birth egg - both the layers of bound life, and the continuous flows between them of free life, and changes in the intensity of both the entire process and each of the life-giving Forces. One day, everything around you will become an endless movement of life, and you will be able to see and know the state of your surroundings without looking at your surroundings. This way you will experience the spiritual side of the everyday.

Lesson 9

The next very useful and important exercise is listening live.

The lesson involves simple actions:
First, make yourself a special blindfold. It's better to start indoors. Stand in the center of the room with your hands folded behind your back, and after putting on a blindfold. Distract your restless mind from your current thoughts by paying full attention to your ears. As soon as your attention flows to listening, make three turns around yourself and try to distinguish by ear where the walls of the room and large objects are located by the echo reflected from them. Whether your setup succeeds or not, try to walk around the room, avoiding all obstacles (I remind you that your hands remain folded behind your back). Go out into the corridor, moving from room to room. Try to walk blindfolded as often as possible, and success in this exercise will come very quickly, you will begin to move freely and quickly in the studied room. Next, practice in nature, trying not to go too far, but to do the usual thing, but with your eyes blindfolded or simply closed. The next stage is hearing moving objects and creatures, and then you will need an assistant. You must learn to distinguish what the assistant is doing and where he is moving. Let the assistant, taking a voluminous light object (can be inflatable), make slow “blows” on various parts of your body, and you must guess by ear when meeting them. Next, remembering the sensations from “seeing-touching” a person’s state, try to feel it too, but “touching-hearing”. In this way, the hearing of volumetric changes from both explicit and implicit sources develops, i.e. living outflows, and spiritual throwings.

Voloshba Trees

Every tree in the White World is not just a “part of the biosphere,” as materialists think of it, but a visible reflection of the Hidden. The prototype of every tree is the Tree of Bogomir, the East of the World, uniting everything Visible and Invisible.
Every tree has a Spirit, has its own Power, sensations and feelings. As well as your own qualities and characteristics, which must be taken into account when creating Voloshba with them - you can find a list of the main Magical properties in the short “Tree Expert” at the end of this section.
In the process of your personal interaction with various trees, you will be able to realize many other properties of trees, as well as understand which of them you feel the greatest internal connection with, in other words, which tree is yours.

Tree Power

Having found the tree that best suits you and put yourself in the proper state, stand in front of it so that your body feels like one of the segments of a single chain of Currents of Power - for this it is best to stand not close to the trunk, but not too far from it. The point is this: the crown of the tree hangs over you from above, the roots are below you (see diagram), your spine is identical to the trunk of the tree - in this way you are integrated into the Natural Currents of Power, which is consolidated by further breathing exercises.

Catch the most natural breathing rhythm in your conditions.
Concentrate on the tree trunk.
Be aware of all four Articles, which are the external and internal essence of you and Space, feel the Currents of Power of the tree.
Without interrupting your concentration, begin more pronounced breathing - clearly focusing on deep inhalation and exhalation.
After about 30-50 breathing cycles, when you have reliably “grown” into the Natural Space, begin “pumping” the Force through yourself.
To do this, breathe like this: take a deep breath, hold for a short time, and exhale deeply.
Be aware of how, as you inhale, you absorb the Force (through your feet-roots from the Earth) - a short delay - you leave a particle of the Force inside you - as you exhale, you pour it out (through the crown - to the crown of the tree).
This is a practice aimed at feeding you with the Power of the Tree.

Receiving power from trees.

All trees are divided into vampires and donors. Vampire trees take away all the negativity from the environment, and donor trees release positive energy into the surrounding space. Vampires include: aspen, maple, rowan. For donors Oak (Warrior tree), Pine (Mage tree), and only in spring White Birch (tree of female beauty).

During morning class hours, choose sunny weather and go deeper into the forest. There, having chosen a vampire tree, lean against it or hug it and mentally ask to take away all the nasty stuff from you, all negative energy. In a minute, you will feel as if all the dirt that has accumulated in your body over the past time is being pulled out of you through your back. When the feeling of being sucked out subsides and pleasant weakness and slight drowsiness appear, thank the tree and move on to the donor tree.

Naturally, the tree must be selected in advance, carefully inspecting it for small age and good health.
Just like with a vampire, lean against a tree or hug it, pressing your whole body and ask the tree for strength. After some time, you will feel new, fresh strength pouring into your body.

Working with vampire trees

An energy tree vampire sucks our energy, which is not good. But you shouldn’t look at this fact so trivially. Vampires may bite, but they can also be useful.

Vampire trees, which include, for example, aspen, poplar, chestnut, spruce, can become a human assistant. Firstly, vampire trees are not picky about “food” and can absorb both positive and negative energy. Vampire trees have an excellent ability to clear energy channels, thereby reducing stress and healing diseases. This suggests that they can improve our condition, both mental and physical.
To determine whether a tree belongs to the category of donors or vampires, it is enough to hold an open tree close to it at some distance. If a feeling of warmth appears, it means this is a donor tree; cold - a vampire. As soon as this is done, you need to mentally turn to the tree for help, and only after receiving consent on an intuitive level, you can begin the procedures.
Many bioenergy magicians advise against leaning against vampire trees, as this can be dangerous. Therefore, there is the safest way. At a short distance from the tree (about 30-50 cm), close your eyes, relax and imagine figuratively how they leave the body into the tree bad thoughts and illness. As a rule, this works, and after a couple of minutes a feeling of weakness and lack of strength will appear. The main thing is not to miss this time and not make it even worse, but quickly, without forgetting to thank the vampire tree for its help, go and recharge with fresh positive energy from the donor tree.
For people suffering from chronic diseases, there is another way. Here you can’t do without contact with the tree. The initial preparation for pulling out the disease is the same, and then comes the dissection. Chronically ill people need to hug a tree trunk with their hands, or lean against the “green vampire” with that part of the body that is not healthy. And then everything goes according to plan: figurative representation - gratitude - replenishment of energy from the donor tree. Not so difficult, but what an effect will be achieved after a couple of weeks of daily sessions! Yes, and most importantly: staying near the donor tree for more than 20-30 minutes is not recommended.

Recharge from donor trees.

Plants, like humans, are energetic beings by nature. Moreover, most plants willingly make contact with a person and let their aura into him. Therefore, recharging from trees is a great way to recharge your vitality. But not every tree is suitable for this. Among them there are also vampires - they have the ability to absorb our painful negative energy, but at the same time they can fill us with fresh and healthy energy.

To replenish energy reserves, donor trees must be selected. The most energetically strong donor trees include oak, pine, acacia, maple, birch, and rowan. Also keep in mind that city trees are not nearly as energetically strong as forest dwellers. Therefore, to recharge, it is best to go to the forest or at least to a park, away from noisy streets and highways.

The stronger the tree, the fewer other trees there are near it. If a tree stands alone and there are no other trees at a distance of about ten meters from it, then it is very strong. If trees grow next to each other, their energy is not very strong.

Choose a tree that you like. It is very important to focus on your feelings. Listen to yourself whether you want to come into contact with this particular tree. If yes, go to him and trust your body; let it find the most suitable and pleasant position for itself. You can hug a tree and press your whole body against it, you can lean your back against it, you can sit under it, leaning on it, you can simply put your palms against the trunk.

Mentally ask the tree for help and listen to your feelings: do you think it agrees to help you? If there are no unpleasant sensations indicating the failure of the tree, then the desire for contact - the internal attraction - will intensify. If you feel joy, an increase in vitality, it means that “there is contact” - your supply of vitality is replenished.

Communicate with the tree as much as you want (but preferably no more than an hour, so as not to get an energy “overdose”).

And don't forget to thank him for his help. When leaving, you must mentally say goodbye to the tree - this is necessary in order to separate the energy fields, yours and the tree, which temporarily became one.

After a few days, you can repeat the communication session - the effect will be even stronger than the first time. You can establish constant contact with one specific tree with which you feel a spiritual kinship. Best time for energy recharging from trees - early morning (1-2 hours after sunrise) or early evening (1-2 hours before sunset).

Energy of indoor plants

Indoor plants, recreating nature in miniature, are living beings with their own positive qualities. It would seem that what can be said about why housing needs living plants in the house. Firstly, this is decoration. Secondly, rest for the eyes, mind and nerves. Thirdly, plants release phytoncides, which improve the atmosphere in the house. Where the common myrtle grows, there are half as many pathogens. Lianas act in a similar way: grape vines, rhombolifolia rhoicissus, as well as Sprenger's asparagus and the so-called Chinese rose.

The fact that animals have a beneficial effect on the psyche and energy of people has been known for a long time, ever since the “crown of creation” felt the need to take care not only of his loved ones, but also of someone lower in evolutionary development. Animals have been used in the practice of witchcraft since the 13th century. In the 20th century, this healing method was called animal therapy. Animals are often saved where other methods fail. And if communication with animals helps healthy people, then this is simply shown to people who are in a stressful situation, nervous state or in a state of energy crisis.

Even simply observing the life of aquarium fish normalizes your pulse, calms you down, and lowers your blood pressure. The presence of “your” dog, and especially a cat, pacifies, brightens up loneliness, relieves anxiety, anger, nervousness and bitchiness. Stroking a furry friend, especially one who reciprocates, helps relieve excess negative energy. Budgerigars relieve heart pain. Horseback riding is recommended for people with mental disorders. But the therapeutic primacy belongs to dogs. For more than thousands of years, ‘miracle dogs’ have been known - the hairless Peruvian and the small crested dog, which successfully relieve an attack of bronchial asthma, can normalize heart rate and vascular pressure, relieve allergies and some other diseases, and even slow down the growth of a malignant tumor.
It is very interesting to watch animals and their behavior. The ears have a pleasant emotional effect - joyful, harmonious sounds for our psyche - the chirping of birds, the purring of a cat, the cackling of a ferret. They discharge excess energy. Thus, the only child in the family, especially caressed and surrounded by the total attention of family and friends, takes pleasure in caring for pets, ‘sharing’ with them the excess attention that he gets alone.
Only in communication with animals do we feel like adults and children at the same time, and very necessary: ​​“You are responsible for everyone you tame.” Animals need care every day. This routine, monotonous work, often associated with being on the street, is a wonderful remedy for overloading the nerves and thinking apparatus. So a favorite animal is at the same time a support, a support, a lightning rod, a pharmacy, a bioenergetics specialist, a psychotherapist and a selfless, devoted friend, which is not easy to get in everyday life.

Feeling of energy

Having learned to master your own feelings, emotions and mind, you are ready to work with energy. Once again I will try to dissuade you from studying energy until you have mastered the previous material sufficiently.

Working with energy itself is a large and subtle topic. But it’s very easy to start; the main thing here is to be prepared. Those who have gone through all the stages that I described earlier are fully prepared and they only have to take one step to enter a new round of understanding of the World. Here's your first set of exercises+

“Run”

Conditions for practicing: Practice with clean, dry and warm hands. The room should be ventilated and warm. It is not advisable to study from 12 to 14 and from 18 to 20 hours. When practicing, keep a record of solar activity. Try to notice how it affects you. Practice in a sitting position - in a half-lotus position or simply on a chair. You can stand. The back is straight. Before classes, rest is necessary - physical and mental condition during classes should be good, you should be calm, cheerful and collected. Take your meal no closer than an hour before class. It is advisable not to take breaks, exercise daily for 15-30 minutes. If you experience any discomfort, stop training immediately.

Performing exercises leads to the disappearance of headaches and promotes the development of positive stabilizing functions of the body. This will be easy to feel after a couple of months of daily exercise.

Stage 1

Carry out the “Sculpting” exercise, which I described in the previous article, until you feel the whole body. You should clearly feel every part of the body and the whole body. Now lower your arms down, stretch them out and spread them slightly to the sides, extend your fingers straight. Hold this until you begin to feel pulsation, numbness and tingling in your fingertips. Strengthen the sensations so that they become distinct throughout the brush. Especially in the center of the palms and fingertips.

Raise your arms out in front of you, maintaining a clear feeling of pulsation. Holding your arms outstretched freely in front of you, begin to feel the warmth in your right palm. Strengthen it by drawing energy from space through your fingertips. You should feel a dry burning sensation in your palm.
Very slowly, with an effort of will, move the burning area from the hand up the arm, to the shoulder. Then pass along the chest to the left shoulder and slowly lower into the left hand. Lightly release the energy out through the fingertips of your left hand. Wait a little and make your way back.
Do this 5-10 times until the sensations become very clear. Gradually increase your speed. Then feel the warmth in both palms at once, increase it by drawing energy through your fingertips, and continuing to draw energy, fill your hands completely with it.
Hold the feeling, getting used to it. Remember it, note for yourself the features of this sensation. Then slowly push the energy out of your hands through your fingertips. If it doesn't work out well, do it while exhaling slowly.
For variety, try to draw in and circulate energy through your legs, fill your legs, stomach, chest, then your whole body with it (just don’t let it go into your head yet!). Move the energy through your body in different routes, such as through your left leg and out through your right arm. In addition, this is a very good energy massage of the internal organs.

Stage 2

Having mastered the first stage, move on to this. From this stage onwards you will need a technique called “arm activation”. Its essence is to quickly prepare your hands for work. To do this, simply practice the quick dry burning sensation in your palms and fingertips. “Turn it on” and “turn it off” as you wish.

So, do the arm activation. Next, place your hands vertically in front of you at chest or navel level, with your palms facing each other at a distance of 10-15 centimeters. Feel the space between them, very slowly bringing your palms closer and further away from each other. Feel it elastic energy between the palms. It does not allow your palms to come together so easily, pushing them away, springing. (Some people may experience a slight tingling, warm, or vibrating sensation instead.) Work like this for 10-15 minutes, remembering the feeling.
When it starts to work out easily, move on. Once you feel the energy between your palms, strengthen it by pouring more energy into it from the centers of your palms. You can do this in two ways - by pouring out the energy coming from your chest or stomach through your palms, or by pouring out the energy drawn in through your fingertips. In the first case, you will pump up the space between your palms with your own energy, and in the second, with the energy of the surrounding space. I think the difference is obvious. Try both methods.
Filling the space between your palms, begin to compact it, collecting energy into a ball. It's like making a snowball. Little by little it will become very dense and clearly perceptible. Play with it a little, put it on one palm, and move the other around, feeling its surface. Then change palms.
Next, pull the ball into your palms and release it again. Try pulling it into both palms at once, and then into the left and right separately. Then release the energy from only one palm, feeling it with the other. Then change palms. Release energy from one palm and retract it with the other. Try to also release energy from one palm, retract it with the other, and then lift it up your arm and then return it to the palm from which you release it (make a kind of ring around your hands). Then change palms. Exercise like this for 10-20 minutes daily.
At the end of the exercise, you can pull the ball into yourself, as suggested in many sources, but you should do this only when you are sure that it consists of the energy that suits you and that you can properly absorb it and distribute it throughout the body. At first, you better dispel it. To do this, draw it into your palms, as you learned in the first stage of this exercise, and then release this energy through your fingertips.
After such work, you should “clean” your hands. To do this, shake them off slightly, feeling how all the remnants of the energy on them drain from your hands. Just don’t shake it off anywhere - it’s better to shake it off in a special corner, or even better, in the ground. Afterwards, reset all sensations, returning normal, ordinary sensitivity to your hands.

(At the same time as practicing the second stage, begin doing non-contact Assyrian massage and the “Key” technique, which are described at the end of the article. This is very good exercise for the development of sensitivity and more!).

Stage 3

Up to this point, you have only felt the energy and moved it around a little. Now you need to learn to work with energy more actively. Relax your arms by stretching them out in front of you and placing your palms opposite each other at a distance of 10 centimeters. Relax all muscles except those that support your arms. Now release the energy from your palms so that it opens your arms. Then, drawing in the energy, bring your hands together again. Work on it.

Now make an energy ball between your palms, as you learned in the previous floor.
ape. Now stretch and squeeze it. Do this by simply changing the volume of the ball, without changing the amount of energy in it. Just use your hands to stretch and squeeze it. A sign that the exercise is being performed correctly will be the following - if you slightly relax the muscles of the forearms, the hands themselves will begin to converge or diverge to the original diameter of the ball.
Next, try to transform the ball into a pyramid, into a cube, etc. Feel the shape clearly with your hands. Move your palms along the sides, fixing the edges and sides of the figure.
Try to move the ball away from your hand at a distance of up to a meter, continuing to clearly feel it. Start with 5-10 centimeters, increasing the distance as you practice.
Create arbitrary shapes from energy in your hands. Try to create a sword and fencing with it. Just be careful - this is already a weapon. At the end of the exercise, disperse the created objects and clean your hands.

Stage 4

Let me clarify that there are two fundamentally different directions in working with energy - you learn to generate, collect and concentrate energy, while at the same time training to sense what is around you. Stage 4 of this exercise is intended to deepen the second part. Here you won't need to generate energy. On the contrary, you will need to avoid this and just feel with your hands after activating them.

So, activate your hands. Now slowly bring them to a table or other large flat object. Start with your right hand. Hold it 30-50 centimeters from the surface of the object. Slowly begin to move your hand closer, noticing all the sensations. Remember what sensations you feel when you approach an object with your hand and at what moment they are most distinct. Typically, you may feel warmth and firmness as your hand approaches. There may also be tingling, throbbing or chilling. In the place where this begins to manifest itself most noticeably, you began to feel the field of the object. Of course, it is more than you experienced. But for now you have felt its border to the best of your abilities. Gradually you will learn to sense the field of objects from a greater distance.
As you move your hand closer to the object, you will lose a clear sense of the boundary, but the hand will move as if with resistance - you have entered the field.

Having found the distance at which the field boundary is clearly felt, move your hand slowly for several minutes, getting used to the sensation. Over time, you will learn to feel a very dense, clear boundary. Sometimes it seems that there is no way to get your hand in any further. Train on various objects - wood, iron, glass, etc.
Additionally, do the following training. Place two pieces of paper of equal size on the table, at least 10 by 10 centimeters. One will be black. The other one is white. First, bring your hand to one piece of paper and hold it until you get a clear feeling from it. Remember this feeling. Now clean your hand and feel the sensation of the second piece of paper. Remember that too. Next, closing your eyes, try to understand which piece of paper your hand is on. Advice. Don’t think about anything, don’t analyze, don’t try to guess. Just record and compare sensations. Over time you will understand what and how. Add other colors. Try to distinguish wood from iron and glass, etc.

Stage 5

At this stage you will need a partner. If it is not there, you will have to use yourself. You begin to feel the human biofield. Determine the size of the field with your hands, feel its shape, density, etc. I will not describe it in more detail, since this issue is covered very widely and in detail in books on healing and information on how to work with a person’s field can be found quite easily. I can only say that it is better for you to go through this stage, it will help in the future.

Stage 6

Perhaps there is one important step left - learning to sense space. And not only with your hands, but with your whole body. At this stage, the information provided in the next chapter (Leveling) will be very useful to you. Start pumping as soon as you start working with energy and then you will be sufficiently prepared for this moment.

The essence of the exercise is simple and is a kind of modification of the “Base” from the previous article. Wherever you are, get used to feeling the space around you. Now you know how the energy density and fields of surrounding objects feel. So learn to feel everything around you as you wish. Every day, devote half an hour to particularly intensive training. Start by walking along the wall. Stand 30-50 centimeters from the wall and slowly walk along it, feeling how its field presses on you from the side. Then turn to the other side, your back, your face. Learn to feel the wall from the greatest possible distance, no matter how you are turned towards it.
Afterwards, walk among more or less large objects (optionally in the forest), feeling their fields around you. Figure out how to improve and complicate this exercise yourself. Your goal is to learn to constantly, without effort, perceive the fields of all objects around you, “automatically,” as soon as they find themselves in the area of ​​your own field. This is a very important and very useful skill that you need to master.

Leveling up

In parallel with training the skill of working with energy, you should increase the power of your own energy. This is a long-term process, since the energy level must be increased gradually so that the body has time to get used to it. As your energy level increases, more and more opportunities will appear, exercises will become easier, and techniques will work more effectively. I have already warned you many times that this is a serious stage, which must be approached with particular care and caution. Be sure that you have good control of your own will, emotions and mind.

You will learn more about what increases your energy level gives you over time. If you can't wait, look in books. I just had to tell you that this is a very important element of a magician’s preparation and now all that remains is to give a few leveling techniques.
You can use only some of the proposed options or combine them - at your discretion. Everyone prefers a certain type of pumping. When you accumulate energy, it is very important to remember that it must be spent just as intensely, it must circulate in you. Don't hoard energy like you would in a warehouse. The way you always have a sufficient personal reserve, and spend the rest of the energy so that fresh energy comes in its place. Don't let your energy stagnate. Once you start leveling up, you will have to find something to spend it on+
If you experience discomfort or a headache during pumping, then you should perform the head evaporation procedure described at the end of the article.

“Central Currents” technique

Two streams of energy pass through the human energy body, which flow in opposite directions - one up and the other down. One stream comes from the Earth, and the second from Space. It is these two flows that form the entire energy of a person. The flow from bottom to top is approximately two fingers in front of the spine in men and four fingers in front of the spine in women. The flow coming from Space, from top to bottom, is located almost close to the spine.

This technique is to consciously sense and strengthen these currents. To do this, stand straight, spread your legs slightly to the sides, raise your arms up and also slightly to the sides. Stand free and relaxed. Begin to feel how a stream of bright, clean energy descends from above from the center of the Universe into your head and hands. Pass this stream behind you through yourself and let it flow into the center of the Earth. Now feel how pure powerful energy. Let it freely enter your energy body, through your legs, pass it behind your back along the spine and let it go up through the back of your head and arms. Having created and clearly felt these two flows, stand for 5-10 minutes, driving them through yourself.
Start with a low flow intensity, increasing it as you practice.

Hourglass technique

Find a place that suits you. Stand in a stable position, but do not spread your legs wide (you don’t have to spread them at all). Straighten your body. The head is in the forward and upward position. Try it and you will understand what it means. The first detail of the exercise is the movement of the arms.
